徐杰,男,英才副教授、博士生导师,天津大学建工学院桥梁与结构工程实验室副主任,天津大学土木工程检测中心总工程师。天津市“青年科技优秀人才”,天津市“131”创新人才第二层次,获得“天津市教育系统劳动竞赛示教工示范岗”,天津大学第二十三届“十佳杰出青年(教工)”,天津大学优秀共产党员。长期致力于大型公共建筑智能监测、绿色高性能材料及结构新技术研究。
